Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or other customer ordering errors.

Please review your order carefully, including product, size, color, and shipping information, before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Because orders are submitted for production shortly after they are placed, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Please review the sizing information provided on the product page before ordering.

We do not offer returns or exchanges because an item does not fit as expected unless the product received differs materially from the size or product ordered.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

Made-to-Order Products

Our products are produced specifically when an order is placed rather than being pulled from existing inventory. This helps us offer more designs and reduce unnecessary inventory and waste.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Return / No Refund Policy, except in cases involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, or where otherwise required by applicable law.
